This guide provides general help for common issues you may encounter when using the Envato Elements for WordPress plugin to Import Elementor Template Kits downloaded from Envato.

1. Imported Kit Templates are empty #

If you have successfully installed and imported the template kit and tried to open the template to view it or insert it into a new Elementor page, but the builder is blank or nothing is loaded. It happens because the Flexbox Feature is not enabled. All kits issued after October 1, 2023 require Flexbox to be active.

Here’s how to enable it: Go to Elementor > Settings click the Features tab and scroll down to Stable Features to make sure the Flexbox Container has a green dot or is set to On.
