However, if you encounter problems that cannot be resolved, you can request a return.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request, such as:
    • Technical issues that our support team cannot resolve.
    • Item that have not been downloaded (items cannot be downloaded).
    • Item have no security for users.
  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • You change your mind after purchasing.
    • The item do not meet your expectations. Please check the demo carefully before purchasing.
    • You bought it by accident.
    • You do not have enough skills to use the item.
    • Issues that arise due to third party integrations or conflicts with other plugins or themes.


2. How to Request a Refund:

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process:

  • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

License Cancellations

1. License Types and Validity:

  • RomethemeKit PRO licenses are available as annual or lifetime licenses.
  • The license grants you access to updates and support for the duration of the license term.

 

2. Cancellation by Customer:

  • You may cancel your license at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, you will no longer receive updates or support for the plugin.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund according to our refund policy.

 

3. Automatic Renewal:

  • Annual licenses are subject to automatic renewal at the end of the term unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • You will receive a reminder email before the renewal date with instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to renew.

 

4. Non-renewal by Customer:

  • If you choose not to renew your license, you will retain access to the plugin but will no longer receive updates or support.

 

5. Cancellation by Rometheme:

  • We reserve the right to cancel your license if you violate the terms of service or engage in any activities that harm the integrity or reputation of RomethemeKit PRO.
  • In such cases, no refund will be provided.

 

6. License Transfer:

  • Licenses are non-transferable without our prior consent.

 

7. Reactivation:

  • If your license is canceled or expires, you may reactivate it by purchasing a new license.
