How do refunds work?

Refunds at RomethemeKit are available within 30 days of your original purchase. If you face any issues with our products, you can check the documentation in the Rometheme Help Center or our video tutorial here. If your issue is still unresolved, please reach out to our support team. We will assist you in resolving the problem or making necessary updates.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues that cannot be fixed by our support team.
  • Items that have not been downloaded.
  • Security concerns regarding the product.

However, refunds will not be granted if you:

  • Change your mind after purchasing.
  • Find the item that doesn’t meet your expectations (please review the demo before purchasing).
  • Purchased the item by accident.
  • Lack of the skills to use the item.
  • Encounter issues due to third-party integrations or conflicts.

To request a refund, contact our support team with your purchase details and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take a few days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial refunds may be considered for issues that partially affect the functionality of the product. However, certain items are non-refundable, including custom development services, installation and customization services, and renewal fees.

By requesting and receiving a refund, you are willing to relinquish ownership of the license and stop using the product after the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if necessary.
